Why are you asking me to register?
Registration ensures that a person votes, and prevents someone from writing a computer script to allow multiple votes.
Why can't I submit a photo?
The submission period for the Kid's Halloween Costume Contest ends October 2 at noon OR until we reach a 1,000 photo limit. Once the 1,000 photo limit is reached, the contest closes to submissions. Please click here for our complete contest rules.

How can I find a specific photo?
We do not provide a link to specific photos. We want people to view all eligible entries before making a decision. The up to 1,000 photos submissions will be displayed for popular voting by using a series of 5 consecutive rounds, each featuring up to 200 of the up to 1,000 eligible photos. A new round of voting is featured each day, Monday-Friday, beginning at 10 a.m. and ending at 9 a.m. the next day. The web address (URL) that you received when submitting your photo is different from the page where the voting takes place.
