Open to credit worthy Minnesota and Wisconsin residents 21 years of age or older, except employees and their immediate families of Star Tribune, the participating destinations or their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies.
(1) One winner will be selected at random to receive the grand prize of a two (2) year lease from Sears Imported Autos for a 2012 Mercedes-Benz GLK350 4MATIC, valued at $18,000.
No substitutions or redemption for cash. Prizes not transferable prior to awarding. Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received. Winners will be chosen in a random drawing on the Monday, September 24 from all the correct entries received. Winners will be notified by phone. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All local, state and Federal laws apply.

Winner must complete and return to Star Tribune an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release within 7 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name, hometown and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Each entrant waives the right to assert, as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem a prize and any liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem a prize. Each entrant releases the sponsors and the participating companies and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees from any and all liability with respect to or arising out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize and/or the loss or misdirection of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, amend and/or revoke this contest due to printing errors or other mistakes. Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law.
